Therapy
Therapy for adults, teenagers and children
People come to therapy for many reasons — anxiety, depression, school stress, work difficulties, family-related issues, difficult past experiences, or feelings that are hard to understand. My aim is to work in a way that feels useful and helps you begin to find a way through.

I work integratively, which means I draw on a number of therapeutic approaches rather than using one fixed model. I think a lot about attachment and early relationships, and I also use practical tools where they are helpful.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach, so the work may look different for different people. A first session is 50 minutes, with no commitment to continue — often six sessions is a good place to start, followed by a review.
